We select mature silver eels from reputable, sustainable sources, then hot-smoke them over Patagonian wood chips, giving our smoked eel a subtle yet intense flavour. They’re rich, firm, meaty and moreish, and you’ll find a little goes a long way.

Hot Smoked Eel is completely “fresh”,”natural” and does not contain any additives.

Storage Conditions : 

Our sanitary facilities offer sterilized sachets in vacuum bags.

You can store the unopened packages in the fridge at 0 + 2C for 12 days.

We recommend you to consume the opened packaging within 1-2 days.

The Eel fish contains high omega3 oil. Eel fish has a rich protein content; Phosphorus, potassium, sodium, B1, B2, niacin and some carotenes.

You can enjoy Smoked Eel (Unagi) in dressed salads and tapas with pleasure
