Aras Matias Balcioglu
Coming from a family with a gastronomic culture, the master chef has been interested in world cuisines since his childhood. He reinforced this curiosity with his travels abroad in his early youth.
After completing his education at the Instituto Argentino de Gastronomia in Buenos Aires, he worked at Michelin starred, Relais & Chateaux member restaurants in South America and Europe.
Enjoying research and experiments on food, Balcıoğlu organized numerous palatal parties to share these experiences with his friends and friends, provided consultancy services to many companies and then went one step further and brought the Aleta brand to life.
Aleta, Turkey's first and only artisan smoked while carrying the distinction of being home, belonging to different cultures, flavors, undertakes the task of a flag bearer in this area by combining our traditional culture.
