Delivery Information

In our product deliveries, Moto-courier is used within the boundaries of Istanbul, and a cargo company in other provinces. Delivery time is the same day or the next day within the borders of Istanbul, and 2 days in other regions. Our cargo shipments outside of Istanbul are sent as branch delivery. Orders received after 13:00 are considered as received on the next business day. We do not ship to cities outside of Istanbul on Friday. Orders are accepted and shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on official and religious holidays are deemed to have been received on the first official working day following the end of the holiday. The products are only delivered to the person who place the order at the address. In order for the delivery to take place, it will be useful to provide the address and phone number of your location during the day. If the customer can not be found at the given address , the product will be taken to the relevant branch. Open and check the packages, that you received,  in front of the company representative, if you think the packages damaged during the shipment.  If you think there is a damage at the product,  do not take the delivery , and report to the customer representative. 

Please do not forget that, when you accept the delivery , the also accept that courier fulfills the it's duty.

All products are EBAL certificated. You should be consulted to ETABAL , for problems that may arise after the product reaches.
