Our Cooking Suggestion
• Remove the empanada from the freezer
• Let it rest at room temperature for 8–10 minutes
• Brush the top with egg yolk diluted with a small amount of water
(1 tablespoon of water per egg yolk is sufficient)
• Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C in top-and-bottom mode for about 12 minutes
