Aras Matias Balcıoğlu


Having acquired a food culture from his own family Chef Aras Matias Balcıoğlu traveled around the world experiencing the classic, sophisticated, regional and authentic tastes and through this process creating his own unique and innovative culinary style. After completing his training of professional culinary arts, he worked at elite (Michelin Star) restaurants.
Chef Balcıoğlu then returned home and is constantly working on new product development in his uniquely designed Istanbul atelier to share his experiences and enthusiasm with the smoked and marinated food aficionados in constant search of new flavors.
