The trout that we brought from Bolu Abant Lake is treated with a special spice mixture and sea salt. Then it is smoked hot using traditional techniques.
Trout smoked is completely natural, does not contain any additives. It is sold in hygienic facilities in vacuum bags which are sterilized in accordance with international food codex.
Trout contains high levels of vitamin A and omega3 oil.
You can store unopened packages in the refrigerator at 0 + 4C for 32 days.
We recommend that you consume the opened packages within 3 days.
You can take a little thinly sliced and light olive oil and put a slice of trout on the toasted bread and serve with a mixture of finely chopped chives, black pepper, fresh coriander and mayonnaise.
